I am a local construction contractor, they rebuilt my transmission roughly 18 months before i noticed a load noise and then no reverse, it was no longer under warranty and i do believe the premature failure of the transmission was my fault as in towing equipment that i should not have been towing with that particular vehicle. Anyway after i brought it back to them i knew the transmission was shot. John the manager kept it real and rite to the point which i like caus im the same way. John gave me a decent amount of money off which i did not ask for or expect. Once i gave the deposit down, my truck was ready in 3 days and it has NEVER drove this smooth! Even when i bought the truck with 12,000 miles it wasn't as smooth as it is now. They are not the cheapest trans shop nor the highest but you get what you pay for!! I highly recommend this shop. If there out of your budget i recommend to wait till there in your budget, otherwise you will be sorry and your hard earned money will be wasted. If your having a transmission issue i highly suggest you call them and talk to John the manager, hes honest and will treat you the way you should be treated and all the work they do is very through and absolutely no corners crossed! I am now a customer for life any you will be glad you chose them. Dont take a chance with cheaper shops. Call John and say Mike the construction guy with the suburban recommended you and he will honestly try to work with you. I can go on and on but will leave it here. Call John. You won't be sorry, i guarantee it!!!!

So far not satisfied at all! Took my car in on Monday. Communication wasn't the greatest. Over the phone telling me the cost of this and that when I was at the store non of that was mentioned. I called on Tuesday it hasn't been touched. So not liking this place stars may change! Will edit tomorrow. 4/6/21

Came in because my car was acting up while driving. John called me within a few hours after dropping my car off and let me know that they believe it was an electrical issue, and they don't specialize in that, but they had a company that they used who could check it out. I opted to get it checked out, turns out I had an electrical issue that was making my car drive the way it was. Got it fixed and it drives smooth now thanks John!

My truck is stuck in AWD. I called to see if they could get my truck looked at was told by John yes. Got it towed to them Thursday morning. John once again told me they would have it pulled in a couple hours and would call me. Couple hours go by no call. Called them back. John stated they haven't checked it yet. Would be bringing it in shortly. Called back again before closed of business and they still haven't looked at my truck. Was told by john it would be looked at first thing in the morning Friday. Never looked at my truck the whole day and John got mad and hung up on me. Because I question his intergity as business and as a person. Now it's Saturday still haven't heard from them about my truck. This is BAD BUSINESS AT ITS FINEST.
