STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! This is the 4th time in 4 months our vehicle has been in. To replace the transmission the first time took two and a half weeks - all kinds of excuses why. Then a month later it had problems again and they had a week. Got it back and it stopped working again. Finally managed to go a month without it breaking down, and then it went out again. That was three weeks ago and we have yet to get it back - every lie in the book why it's not finished. This place is the biggest con I've ever seen. For your own protection and peace of mind, do not take your vehicle here!

They are all very professional and very polite. They always know what they are talking about. And I never got any runaround from them. I have a 1993 GMC Jimmy 4X4. Their technicians rebuilt and updated my transmission, repaired my 4-wheel drive, and repaired a front differential leak. I am a retired auto technician and a former auto repair business owner and I highly recommend them.

I was told by the dealership that I needed a new transmission. My Dad and I thought it would be good to get a second opinion. I took my car to multistate and the technician checked it out. He told me that my transmission looked great. I put on some new brakes and rotors and the car rides like new. Multistate saved me about $6000. They were attentive and very helpful. Just in case I have any transmission problems down the line, I will be taking my car back to Multistate.
